Wipe Down: Somebody
Counter Tops, Stove Top, Refrigerator Doors
Dishwasher Door, Small Oven, Toaster & Sink.
Sweep and Mop:
Sweep: Daily, Mop with Soap/Water: M/W.F (& when needed) Somebody
Quick Dust: Somebody
Window Sills, Door Sill, Cupboard Edges
Dishwasher: Somebody
Evening: Clear all items from drain board-put
appropriate items into dishwasher
Morning: Empty clean items from dishwasher
Compost, Recycling, Trash: Somebody
Evening: Clear items left on counter top -- placed
in appropriate bins on side porch
Individual Dishes: Everybody
Washed with soap and water and placed
in dish drain
Sink Drain Covers: Everybody
Used during use of sink. Emptied and cleaned
after each use
Cutting Boards: Everybody
To be used with all cutting. Meat items -cut on
Separate board. Wash and dry all boards after use
Kitchen Equipment: Everybody
Use only after receiving training
Wash, dry, reassemble and put away after use
