Review usage of all items:  Seasonal needs, etc.

All items not used throughout the year - donate to Goodwill

Light Fixtures and Fans:                                   Somebody

Wash with soap and water and dried

Grout:                                             Somebody

Reseal

Maintenance/Replacement:                              Somebody

Evaluate trend and planning for maintenance of kitchen domain,

Maintenance &/or replacement of durable items i.e. electrical, etc.
