Life is Joy! Living a life closer to the rythms of nature with live-food, meditation, living in the mountains of Patagonia, Arizona.. I now find that on closing my eyes in any moment I feel the Joy and Total Peace that is eternally there. We all have that eternal flame within us in every moment, we are all perfect beings, amazing, unique, radiantly joyful.... We can find this divine flame within us at any moment, we can free up the energy within by connecting with our mother earth and feeling her presence.

Working at the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center is a fabulous experience, filled with all of life, the challenges, the joy... What I do does not matter, what matters is that I can serve the greater good, uplift and inspire and hold the space for people so that they can find the truth within. Working in the kitchen has provided me with an opportunity to grow on many levels, to hold the space for people as they grow. People come to the cafe program to learn about raw foods and they get so much more. The Tree of Life Cafe is part of the greater vision, healthy organic, raw-food is but a small part yet essential in this junk food world. Raw-Food is a tool to clear the body to allow the energy to flow.. so we can much easier see who we are.
